So, we developed the brand platform, ‘We know what a home is really worth’. It’s been running since 2019 and has led to a number of key campaigns that show what sets Zoopla apart, and bring to life their deep understanding of all that comes with buying and selling a home.

Most recently, we dramatised how by being British, and therefore terribly polite about money matters, it’s excruciatingly awkward to ask someone how much their home is worth. By highlighting these moments, this campaign positions Zoopla as the ultimate tool for a nation of keen home researchers.

We all love our homes, and often can’t imagine why we’d leave. But with free estimates for every home in the UK and data about the housing market in your area, Zoopla’s MyHome service can change the hearts of even the most sentimental homeowners.

WHAT A FEELING

This campaign for the brand featured happy homeowners and brought to life the emotional connection they had with their new pad. Whether that’s because of an extra bedroom so the kids don’t have to share anymore, the all-important second loo, or a space of your own so your parents no longer hear you…moving furniture…at night.

ZOOPLA FORT CHALLENGE

While people were stuck indoors during lockdown, we challenged them to build fun homes within their own homes. We rewarded the best cushion engineers, cardboard architects, and bedsheet visionaries with prizes.
